Young Musicians Bring Music to the Village Friday Night!

May 19th -- MUSIC, MUSIC, and more MUSIC brought to you by the Carlsbad Village Association!  The Carlsbad High School Jazz Band will bring their smooth sounds to Choice Juicery Friday night starting at 6pm.  They will play for over an hour, until the sun starts to set.  Choice Juicery is at the corner of Carlsbad Village Drive and State Street.  Bring a blanket, a light jacket, and kick back on the lawn for an hour of cool jazz.  Come early to claim your seat and enjoy Choice Juicery while you wait.  Then, across the street in front of the Chocolate Bar from 7:15pm until 9pm, High School Senior Kira Tayla will impress you with her beautiful voice and instrument mastery.  Down the street from 6pm to 8pm, at the corner of Grand Avenue and State, will be the young Pink Trio, a spectacular jazz trio whose talent belies their young ages.

Friday Night Live in Carlsbad Village is a free community event sponsored by the Carlsbad Village Association with assistance from the City of Carlsbad.  We hope you will come out and support these young, local musicians and enjoy the ambience their music brings to the night air!
