The Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) invites you to attend the upcoming Village Voices meeting on Tuesday, July 9th, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM in downtown Carlsbad. This gathering is an excellent chance to kickstart your morning by mingling with business owners, managers, residents, and other community members, all while enjoying complimentary coffee and delectable morning treats. Village Voices is free to attend, and no RSVP is needed.
Join us at the Dea Hurston New Village Arts Center to savor delicious coffee from Revolution Roasters and donuts provided by First Team Real Estate from 8:00am to 8:45am. It’s the perfect setting to network and energize yourself with caffeine and carbs before the program starts.
Stay on for the main program from 8:45am to 9:30am, featuring CVA’s Executive Director Christine Davis. She will share updates on new developments downtown, city initiatives impacting local businesses, upcoming events that you won’t want to miss, and hear from Ting Internet on the future of high-speed internet in Carlsbad Village. Our guest speakers, Robb Efird, Principal Planner and Jeff Murphy, Community Development Director, both with the City of Carlsbad, will report on the city's review of Carlsbad's parking management plan and updates being recommended, as well as recent accomplishments to improve parking downtown.
There’s even a chance to win free Carlsbad merchandise or Market Money for the popular State Street Farmers Market at the end of the Village Voices program! It’s our way of showing appreciation for your commitment to strengthening our downtown community.
Coffee, donuts, and community connections - what more could you ask for? Join us on July 9th and help CVA build a stronger Carlsbad Village, one relationship at a time.
