Building on previous efforts as well as community input, the city released the third draft of the Village and Barrio Master Plan on January 19, 2018. View this latest and previously released drafts on the City's website by clicking DRAFT and submit your comments and feedback by February 28th. The currently adopted Village Master Plan and Design Manual, which the proposed draft would replace, is also provided. Taking comments and feedback on the proposed plan since 2014, the newly released third draft incorporates many of the components desired by Village business owners and residents, including lowering building heights in certain parts of the Village, increased mobility for walkers and bicyclists, and more open space. The plan is also easier to read and includes illustrations to help depict opportunities in the Village and Barrio.
