Wildland

From the team behind Carlsbad Village favorites Jeune et Jolie and Campfire, Wildland is the latest must-visit dining destination. Opened on Saturday, December 14, this all-day restaurant, bar, and bakery serves rustic, elevated comfort food with a focus on handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, rotisserie-cooked meats, and an in-house bakery offering freshly baked breads and pastries. Located at 2598 State Street, Wildland is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you love Campfire and Jeune et Jolie, Wildland is your next stop.

Docent Brewing

Docent Brewing officially opens its doors today, December 18, bringing its community-focused brewery to 3060 State Street. Known for their great craft beers and relaxed vibe, Docent is a perfect place to meet friends, try something new, and enjoy the energy of the Village. Make sure to stop by for their opening day and raise a pint to this exciting new spot!

Pop Pie Co.

Pop Pie Co., known for their sweet and savory pies made fresh daily, is set to open this Thursday, December 19, at The Cottages on Roosevelt (2956 Roosevelt St.). With breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and craft beer all on the menu, Pop Pie Co. offers something for every craving. Don’t miss their soft opening from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and be one of the first to try their scratch-made creations.
