Join us on Thursday, September 27th for an evening of art on display, live art, sculpting, wine, food, music and friends! The Village has a cool art vibe happening and you can join in to see what it is all about from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. There are several galleries in the Village, two of them located in the Village Faire Shopping Center (300 Carlsbad Village Drive). Those are COAL (Carlsbad Oceanside Art League) and Lynn Forbes School of Sculpture. At Art Hop on Thursday, September 27th, the Village Faire galleries will be hosting live art demonstrations, including a young sculptor who will have her artistic talent on display. There will also be pop-up artists on site for some additional local artistry. At the Foundry Artists Studios (2787 State Street), 16 resident artists will have their works on display, in addition to a featured artist.
