Over 130 artists and 15 musicians came together June 26th to celebrate creativity at the coast under bright blue skies. The Carlsbad Village Association is grateful to all of its amazing artists for believing in this event, now going strong for over two decades.
In addition to 125 artist’s booths, Art in the Village also offered live chalk art, sculpting, and glass making demonstrations throughout the day. Thank you to our artists who spent the day sharing their passion with fellow art enthusiasts.
CVA’s first-ever “Food, craft beer and wine garden” was a great success thanks to our generous downtown beverage sponsors and food purveyors. Great teamwork! Pure Project, Carruth Cellars Urban Winery, Drippin' Kitchen, Nico's Fish Market and Bits & Bites Graze Boards made this a very special day.
CVA would like to recognize and thank the City of Carlsbad’s Cultural Arts Department for introducing several hundred children and families to pop-up art this weekend by creating such fun artwork with them!
