Join Us And Take The Pledge For Safer Streets Together

Blog Post - February 11, 2023

Category: What's New

Community members and businesses across Carlsbad are taking a stand for traffic safety by signing onto the City of Carlsbad’s Safer Streets Together pledge:

“I care about my community and pledge to do my part
to keep Carlsbad's streets safe for everyone.”

Will you join the Carlsbad Village Association by signing your name too? Hear from Christine Davis, Executive Director of the downtown Carlsbad Village Association on why she took the Safer Streets Together pledge and what CVA is doing to help the businesses get involved.

Christine Davis' Pledge

About the pledge

• Add your name to this online form to make the commitment.
• Show your commitment to others in the community by putting a Safer Streets Carlsbad window cling on your car window.
• Encourage your neighbors to join in by putting a Safer Streets Together yard sign in front of your home.

Farmers Market

The city’s Safer Streets Together team will be at the Farmers Market every Wednesday in February. Swing by to sign the pledge and pick up your window cling and yard sign. Otherwise, these items are available to pick up at the Georgina Cole Library (1250 Carlsbad Village Drive) and the Carlsbad City Library (1775 Dove Lane).

Thank you for taking the Safer Streets pledge!
