St. Patrick's Day is coming to Carlsbad Village this weekend, bringing plenty of Irish cheer and festivities. Local pubs and restaurants are brewing up Irish stew, corned beef, green beer, and more to celebrate the luck of the Irish.
CVA member Le Papagayo will serve green beer, Guinness, lucky charm pancakes, and corned beef egg rolls to delight your tastebuds. Dini's Bistro has shamrock-themed drink specials and delicious Irish brunch options like corned beef Benedict. American Heroes & Brew is hosting live music from 12:30pm until close. Enjoy their Irish stew, corned beef, fish and chips, green beer, and Guinness. From 1:00pm-4:30pm at Coyote Bar & Grill, The Buckleys will have patrons singing and dancing along to their lively tunes. The party continues at 6:00pm when a bagpiper's band marches. To complement the music, Coyote will be serving up green beer, Irish car bombs and other spirited libations. And Hennessey's Tavern will of course be serving up their authentic corned beef and cabbage, with a side of fun, and will have live music and a beer garden in their parking lot.
On March 17th only, Crackheads has $9 Jameson and $8 Guinness cans—grab your pot of gold! Other local restaurants and watering holes like CVA members The Compass and Señor Grubby's, as well as Park 101, and Mas Fina Cantina also offer their own St. Patrick's Day specials.
