Spring in Bloom: A Kaleidoscope Of Color Coming To Carlsbad Village

The Carlsbad Village Association has commissioned 10 talented local artists to bring the season to life through a colorful temporary art installation titled "Spring Kaleidoscope." From March 23 to April 21 fields of flowers, blooming designs, and eye-catching creations will adorn storefronts and public spaces in the downtown Carlsbad.
Like peering through a kaleidoscope tube to see magical shapes and colors, artists have been hard at work transforming downtown Carlsbad into a vibrant patchwork of springtime hues.
Participating artists were selected through a Call to Artists and will collaborate with over a dozen businesses. Their one-of-a-kind works will evoke the spirit of spring's awakening and rebirth. As the days grow longer and temperatures rise, spring will burst forth in downtown Carlsbad.

Spring Kaleidoscope will connect major city initiatives, enhance the Village as a destination, and bring our community together to appreciate the wonder of art.
