Special Webinar On Carlsbad Village Homeless Issue

We understand that homelessness in Carlsbad Village is a top concern for business owners and residents. The City of Carlsbad Police Department's Homeless Outreach Team is partnering with Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) to jointly host a webinar regarding how the city is approaching homelessness in the Village & Barrio and the role businesses and residents can play in addressing the issue.
