If you own, manage or work at a business in Carlsbad Village, or if you live in the Village, we invite you to come to the March 5th Village Voices meeting. In addition to networking over a great cup of coffee, learn about Senate Bill 946, also known as the Safe Sidewalk Vending Act which went into effect January 1, 2019. Guest speakers at this CVA workshop will be City of Carlsbad's Deputy City Attorney Marissa Kawecki as well as Code Enforcement Officer Robbie Hickerson.
