Save the Date: Taste of Carlsbad Village Returns Oct. 10th

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening because the Taste of Carlsbad Village is back for its 7th year on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. This beloved event has become a cornerstone of Carlsbad’s incredible food scene, and it’s no wonder it sells out every year. Last year, tickets vanished in just 5 ½ hours, so you’ll want to be ready when tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 3rd at 9am. Tickets will be available exclusively through a link on the official event page at www.carlsbad-village.com, so make sure to set a reminder and secure your spot as soon as it is live.

Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) is proud to host what has become the most anticipated food and drink event of the year. Taste of Carlsbad Village showcases an array of culinary delights from the hottest new eateries to the must-try staples that define our local food scene. Limited to just 1,000 tickets, this event ensures a quality experience for every participant.

This year, the event promises an exciting self-guided tour through downtown Carlsbad, complete with live music to set the perfect ambiance. Whether you’re flying solo, planning a fun date night, gathering friends for a girls’ night out, or bringing the family along, Taste of Carlsbad Village has something for everyone. Armed with your passport and a reusable, monogrammed stainless steel spork (and sip cup for those with Food + Sip Stop tickets), you’ll stroll through the Village, meeting chefs, restaurant owners, and managers as you savor delicious bites at each stop.

For those looking to elevate their experience, the Food + Sip Stop ticket allows you to enjoy craft beer, local wines, hard kombucha, hard seltzers, and cocktails along with your food tastings. These beverage stops will be hosted by local retail locations, giving you the perfect opportunity to discover new favorite shops and support small businesses.

There are three ticket types to choose from this year:

•  Food Only ($50): Enjoy signature bites from over 30 incredible Carlsbad restaurants, with non-alcoholic beverages available.
•  Food + Sip Stops ($65, must be 21 or older): Experience everything the Food Only ticket offers, plus craft beer, local wines, hard seltzers, cocktails, and more at select retail stops along the route.
•  VIP Experience ($100, must be 21 or older): Take your night to the next level with everything included in the Food + Sip Stops ticket, plus reserved parking, a private one-hour reception at Barrio Glassworks with live music, bubbles, appetizers, a photo booth, and exclusive swag. The VIP reception runs from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, giving you the perfect chance to plan out your evening before the event begins!
