Whose life will you save? Join us for the Carlsbad Village Association's inaugural Heart of the Village Blood Drive, Saturday, February 10th. Give the gift of life, donate blood and receive a variety of discounts at participating Village businesses from February 10th through Valentine's Day, February 14th. Enjoy snacks and refreshments at the blood drive, and live music from a great, local Classic Rock band.
According to the San Diego Blood Bank, the flu season has already impacted the local blood supply tremendously and they need help to restore their numbers. SDBB will have their state-of-the-art mobile blood bank in the Visitor Center parking lot (400 Carlsbad Village Drive) just adjacent to Choice Juicery, from 10am to 3pm.
