Save the Date: Farmers' Market Community Ride Next Week

This is the year we vow to jump on our bike more often and leave the car in the garage.  Well, then, be sure to mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 22nd, to join Bike+Walk Carlsbad to meet up at the Farmers' Market with some fellow bicycling enthusiasts for a community ride.  Afterwards, grab some dinner at the market, listen to music, and do a little shopping while you're there.

Be sure to get your Bike Bucks from Chelsea to save money at the market!  Anyone who rides to the market can stop at the Information Table with your bike to receive a Bike Buck or two.  It's our way of saying thank you for riding your bike to the market instead of driving.

When: March 22, 5 - 7 p.m. 

Where: The State Street Farmer's Market; we will meet on the corner of State Street and Carlsbad Village Drive near Choice Juicery.  
What: We will go for a short bike ride around the city, ending back at the Farmer's Market to grab a bite to eat and to discuss how to run errands by bicycle. 

Who: Free and open to people of all ages and skill levels, including families with children.
