SAVE THE DATE: 20th Annual Art in the Village in August

Save the date of August 12th, from 9am to 5pm, as the streets of downtown Carlsbad Village will come alive with art for its 20th year in a row! In addition to the amazing, vibrant artwork from over 100 local and regional artists, many wonderful things will be taking place that day! Thanks to our sponsor Mission Federal Credit Union, and the City of Carlsbad, Art in the Village will offer the Family Open Studios (a free art-making workshop for the whole family), a stage with three different musical acts, and even a public art unveiling of a Carlsbad-centric piece to be installed in the Village. It is the first of several that will be installed throughout Carlsbad. Our new Teen Art Pavilion will feature artwork from Carlsbad High School, La Costa Canyon and Sage Creek high school students. There will also be live sculpting demos, painting demos, and more, throughout the venue and day.
