The co-founders of Casero Taqueria, Clayton Wheeler and Craig Applegate, and Urban Plates Carlsbad co-founder, John Zagara have partnered on a new concept called Pure Taco. Pure Taco will open Summer 2021 in downtown Carlsbad (2742 State Street, Carlsbad), across the street from Campfire restaurant.
Pure ingredients, pure variety, pure bliss. In addition to tacos, they're serving up globally inspired breakfast, burritos, salads, bowls, starters, and mouth-watering cocktails.
