It’s always art-for-all-ages at the popular Pop Up Art booth, sponsored by City of Carlsbad Cultural Arts.
Join the City’s Arts Education team on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Art in the Village to create an abstract “glass-like” masterpiece with a colorful, layered, see-through artwork to bring home. Display it on your wall or hang it on your window to see how the light interacts with color.
This family-friendly activity is inspired by the Barrio Glassworks exhibit in the William D. Cannon Gallery, June 17 to Sept. 2, at the Carlsbad City Library on Dove Lane.
The art making booth is an ideal way for kids of all ages to experience pop up art with supervised instruction from the Cultural Arts team. The Pop Up Art booth will be available for art making fun from 9am to 5pm on the north end of State Street.
