Merry Melodies: Festive Tunes and Holiday Cheer Brighten Carlsbad Village

Last Friday, December 6th, holiday magic filled Carlsbad Village as the Carlsbad High School Choir brought their incredible talent to Merry Melodies. From 5:30pm to 7:30pm, the northeast corner of Grand Ave. and State St. transformed into a festive gathering spot, where shoppers and diners paused to enjoy the choir’s beautiful harmonies. The twinkling lights, free hot chocolate, and holiday treats made the evening even sweeter.

A huge thank you to the Carlsbad Police Officers’ Foundation for their $200 donation to the choir! This generous gift supports the Carlsbad High School Choral Boosters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding costumes, music, travel expenses, and everything else that helps this amazing group shine. Every penny raised goes directly to the choir, ensuring they have the resources they need to keep performing at their best.

Missed the holiday tunes? Don’t worry! The Carlsbad High School Choir will return to the Village on Wednesday, December 18th, performing at the State Street Farmers Market from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
