Whose life will you save? Join us for our 4th Annual Heart of Carlsbad Village Blood Drive on Saturday, February 13, 2021, held at Carlsbad Village Music. The San Diego Blood Bank has a constant and ongoing need for blood and platelet donations. There is no known end date in this fight against coronavirus, and blood and platelet donors are needed to meet the needs of patient care. Please schedule your donation appointment now to help prevent another blood shortage. You make a difference!

Here are some health and sanitization protocols in place for everyone's well being:

All blood drives are "by appointment only" as this helps with social distancing and crowds. However, you can make an appointment one hour before the appointment time if it is still available.

Temperature of donor will be taken prior to entering the blood mobile.

One donor will be in the Registration area at a time.

Two donor beds will be utilized for blood donations.

Only two donors can recover in the canteen area (the passenger seat and the seat behind the driver).

Mandatory surface and equipment cleaning after every donor use.
