Let’s Hit 3,000 Pounds at Our March Community Clean-Up

Join us for the second Carlsbad Village Community Clean-Up of 2025 on Saturday, March 8th, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM! Thanks to our partnership with Pure Project Carlsbad and Handel’s Carlsbad, we’re continuing our mission to keep the Village clean and beautiful.

Since we started our community clean-ups, we’ve already collected 2,990 pounds of trash. We’re so close to hitting the exciting 3,000 lb mark! Let’s make this clean-up the one that gets us there.

Volunteers will enjoy free coffee from Baba Coffee, a scoop of ice cream from Handel’s Ice Cream and $1 off pints at Pure Project as a thank-you for helping out. Handel’s will also provide their ice cream buckets for trash collection, and Pure Project is supplying trash pickers and repurposed grain bags to make the clean-up easy and effective.

Trash Weight Contest Update:

The trash weight contest is still on! We’ll weigh the trash collected at each event, and at the end of the year, the participant or team who collects the most will win a year of free trash pick-up, donated by Republic Services, or other special prizes of an equal amount!

Let’s hit that 3,000 lb milestone together and make this clean-up count!
