It's faire time!
The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce will host its 48th Annual Carlsbad Village Street Faire on Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the epicenter of downtown Carlsbad Village (State St. and Grand Ave.) The Carlsbad Village Faire will feature over 800 unique vendors, offering a wide range of both local and international artisan-crafted goods, apparel, accessories, antiques, a food court, beer garden, and live entertainment.
The Carlsbad Village Faire has been a long-standing bi-annual tradition for more than 40 years and still going strong. The Faire is currently managed by Kennedy and Associates, and this year’s lineup is bringing back a steady stream of what makes this an unforgettable in-person event, from the years prior to the shutdowns.
“The beer garden is making a comeback this season, featuring locally batched, Blue Fire Brewing,” shares President and CEO of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Bret Schanzenbach.
The event welcomes many tourists and locals combined so parking will be extremely limited. The shuttle lots located at The Shoppes at Carlsbad (2525 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92008) and the Poinsettia Train Station (6511 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad, CA 92009) are the safest way to get around the Faire this Sunday.
