It's officially summertime and it seems like the gray days are behind us. With more days outside and at the beach, we want to continue our efforts to keep our beautiful beach town looking its best!
Join the Carlsbad Village Assocation (CVA) in its efforts to keep Carlsbad Village clean on Saturday, July 8, 2023.
Alongside our partners Handel's Ice Cream and Pure Project we continue bi-monthly clean up efforts and renew our promise to help keep our community litter free. We have collected over 1,700 pounds of trash since we began our involvement with community clean-ups, and we won't stop there!
With the help of re-purposed buckets from Handel's and re-purposed grain bags from Pure Project we are able to use less plastic and ensure that our clean ups don't add more waste to the environment.
Bring your reusable gloves and trash grabbers, if you have them. If not, we've got you covered.
Be sure to congratulate yourself after the clean-up! Volunteers will receive a voucher for a free mini cone at Handel's and a voucher for $1 off pints at Pure Project.
The fun begins at 9am and goes through 11am. Meet at Pure Project Carlsbad at 2825 State Street.
