Whether you’re listening to Mark Nielsen’s storyteller-like engaged performance of traditional folk and Irish/Celtic folk or easy, carefree bluegrass by The Moonlight Ramblers or the tight compositions of The Bad Carls, you are sure to enjoy a night of free “busker” style music on the streets of Carlsbad Village. Spend your Friday nights with us from 7:00pm to 9:00pm listening to live music on the corners in the village. Plan to arrive early before dinner at one of the many village restaurants, or relax after an early dinner Bring a beach chair if you'd like, and a light jacket to ward off the coastal chill. Friday Night Live runs through the end of September and then will take a break for the Fall. The August and September schedule is below:
