First Team Real Estate Adds A Festive Fall Flair To Village Business Windows

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of First Team Carlsbad Village and support from the City of Carlsbad Cultural Arts Office, a little fall inspiration has come to the Village.

Monica Martin, a former Foundry artist and local resident, began adorning business windows throughout the Village with a fall motif. During one week, 31 businesses were transformed, some with more than just a few small windows. Giant pumpkins, little pumpkin patches, fall wreaths, haystacks, and falling leaves blowing in the wind, throughout the Village, now remind us that summer is gone and that fall is here to stay.

This temporary public art initiative, hosted by the Carlsbad Village Association, has been provided to the downtown businesses free of charge to engage the public with our local, small businesses, and help bring attention to their efforts to continue thriving amidst these difficult times. In addition to First Team Real Estate at the corner of State and Grand, below is a list of the participating small businesses. Please stop by and enjoy their fall-inspired windows:
