Explore, Discover, and Hunt for Handcrafted Glass Hearts in the Village

This Saturday, February 8th, Carlsbad Village will be filled with love and community spirit as Hearts of Carlsbad Village returns for another unforgettable day. Don’t miss out on the chance to explore the Village’s small businesses, dine at local restaurants, grab a coffee, and maybe even find one of 300 beautifully handcrafted glass hearts hidden throughout the area.

New this year: Start your adventure at Barrio Glassworks at 9:00 AM, where you can pick up your boundary map to guide you on the heart hunt. The map also unlocks ‘Sweet Specials’ at local favorites like Pure Taco, Shoots Fish x Beer, GelatoLove, Strawberry Shack, Teressa Lane Jewelry, Witch Creek Winery, Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar, Village Rock Shop, and more, making it the perfect day to explore and treat yourself to some local gems.

If you don’t find a heart during the hunt, don’t worry! Barrio Glassworks will have special deals on their gorgeous handcrafted hearts that day, along with other discounts in their gift shop. You can still bring home a piece of the magic!

The hunt will kick off at 9:00 AM, with hearts hidden in fun and easy-to-spot locations throughout the day. By 2:00 PM, the last hearts will be tucked away, so be sure to register any hearts you find using the QR code on their labels to keep the hunt going. And when you register your heart, you'll be entered to win some seriously amazing prizes!
