Experience the Carlsbad Village Street Faire This Sunday!

The Carlsbad Village Street Faire returns this Sunday, Nov. 3, transforming downtown into a vibrant marketplace with over 800 vendors, international foods, and fun children’s rides. Hosted by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, this beloved community event runs from 8AM to 4PM., drawing tens of thousands of visitors. Expect several streets to be closed, and be mindful of pedestrians and cyclists as the Village fills with activity.

Hassle-Free Bike Valet

Skip the search for parking by riding your bike, e-bike, scooter, or skateboard and parking it at the complimentary bike valet. Here’s how it works:

• Check in at the valet station with an attendant from the San Diego County Bike Coalition, who will tag your ride for safekeeping.
• Enjoy the faire, knowing your wheels are secure.
• Pick up your ride by 4PM

Getting There: Road Closures, Parking, and Shuttle Services

To accommodate this major event, several downtown streets will be closed on Sunday from 4AM to 8PM.:

• Grand Avenue from Carlsbad Boulevard to Jefferson Street
• Washington Street from Carlsbad Village Drive to Christiansen Way
• State Street from Carlsbad Village Drive to Beech Street
• Roosevelt Street from Carlsbad Village Drive to Beech Street
• Madison Street from Carlsbad Village Drive to south of Arbuckle Place
• Christiansen Way between State Street and the Coaster Station entrance

Limited parking will be available nearby, with accessible spots near the event, at the Village Faire Shopping Center, and the former Santa Fe Depot, both on Carlsbad Village Drive. For added convenience, free shuttles will run every 20-30 minutes from 8AM to 6PM., with pick-ups at:

• The Shoppes at Carlsbad (2525 El Camino Real)
• The Poinsettia Coaster Station (6511 Avenida Encinas)
