Carlsbad Village Association Launches Village Job Board

The challenge to find employees continues to be a real obstacle for many business owners. In an attempt to help our local community the Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) hosted it's first ever Job Fair in September. Many of our local business owners came out to attract and hire job seekers on the spot and many were able to hire due to this event. But, the need continues.

CVA wants to continue to help and because of that we have created a Carlsbad Village Job Board to increase awareness of jobs offered only and directly in the village area. For many locals this opportunity allows them a minimal commute, nominal gas expenses and easy access to small businesses they can grow with for years to come. This service is free to all CVA members.

To help with immediate and near term holiday staffing issues, CVA is offering access to the Job Board to Carlsbad Village businesses at no cost through the end of the year. Starting in 2022, non-CVA member businesses will continue to have access to the Job Board for a low annual access fee.

To list a job opening on the CVA Job Board, click on Submit A Job Listing. Upon approval, your job listing will be posted. CVA staff will be in touch with details and best practices to make your listing get noticed.

The Job Board is brand new! To search for a job in Carlsbad Village, click on Jobs in Carlsbad Village and check back often as the board will be updated regularly as job openings are listed.
