Carlsbad Community Gardens Collaborative at Farmers Market

The Carlsbad Community Gardens Collaborative (CCGC) will be making a special appearance at the State Street Farmers Market on Wednesday, July 24th. The CCGC booth will offer an excellent opportunity for community members to learn more about their initiatives and engage with their ongoing outreach efforts.

At the market, CCGC representatives will provide information about their free “Grow Your Garden” Workshop series, which takes place every Saturday at the Carlsbad Cole Library in downtown Carlsbad. These workshops are designed to support local gardeners by offering tips and guidance on how to cultivate thriving gardens.

Additionally, attendees at the Farmers Market will have the chance to receive free “Pollinator Seed Packets.” These packets contain seeds for nectar plants that attract butterflies and other pollinators, helping to enhance local ecosystems and promote biodiversity in personal gardens.

The State Street Farmers Market runs from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and the CCGC booth will be at the south end of the market.
