4th Annual Heart of the Village Blood Drive Is Full

Four years ago, with encouragement by board member, Heidi Willes (Willes Orthodontics) the Heart of the Village Blood Drive was introduced to Carlsbad Village. Here we are four years later and partially due to amazing support from the community and Covid-19 restrictions keeping us from having more people on the San Diego Blood Bank bus at one time, all 35 appointments have been taken! We are overwhelmed with gratitude and can't thank the 35 donors who are taking time out of their day to make a difference in someone else's life.

Our host location is Carlsbad Village Music. We are very excited to be hosting the event this year at this CVA member business.

If you are still interested in donating blood, we encourage you to contact us at info@carlsbad-village.com and we can waitlist you for the blood drive. All donations are by appointment only, but as long as appointments are made one hour in advance (i.e., no walk-ups) we can fit wait listed people in if someone has to cancel.

We are looking forward to a special day in the Village and thank you again for your support and consideration.
