Police Chief Mickey Williams announced that the city, in collaboration with the Carlsbad Village Association, will be hosting an hour-long webinar on the homeless issue and invited all business owners and residents to join in on the discussion. The webinar will be hosted on Thursday, September 2nd from 9am to 10am. You can register here for the webinar. We are looking forward to an open discussion on this issue and learning ways in which we can all work together to affect positive change.
