Carlsbad Village is rallying together for Coastal Cleanup Day on Saturday, September 21st, from 9 AM to 12 PM. The Carlsbad Village Association (CVA), in partnership with Pure Project Carlsbad and Handel’s Carlsbad, is teaming up with I Love A Clean San Diego for an event that invites the community to help protect our coastline. This effort is part of a larger statewide initiative led by the California Coastal Commission and the Ocean Conservancy.
Volunteers will meet outside Pure Project Carlsbad, located at 2825 State St., where supplies like gloves and buckets will be provided, although you’re encouraged to bring your own if you have them. Registration is required to participate, so be sure to sign up by clicking the link.
