On February 16th, come to a panel discussion and community meeting to find out "How has Highway 101’s history shaped our city’s past and present?"

How do our planning and transportation choices affect our quality of life, connect people and enhance the community’s natural beauty?  What’s the future of Carlsbad’s coast?
