It's trick or treat time in the Village.  Hosted by C3 Carlsbad Causes for Community and its partners and sponsored by Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, Halloween in the Village will take place from 3pm to 6pm throughout the Village.  Pick up your map of participating merchants from 3pm to 4pm at Sea Coast Exclusive Properties at 500 Grand Avenue.  Merchants all throughout the Village will be handing out candy to little ghosts, goblins and princesses until 6pm or candy runs out!
