Have you ever wondered what the secret to great pour over coffee is? Are you drinking delicious pour overs in cafes and having less successful results at home? Sleeping Tiger Coffees is here to help. On Saturday, July 22nd at 10am, we will be hosting a Pour Over class. Learn the important tools to have on hand and specific pouring style to achieve clarity of flavor, balance and sweetness in your coffees. Participation in the class is free and all attendees will engage in a tasting with our Roaster, Fallon. We will also offer a discounted rate on Retail bags of our coffees to those in attendance.
