Category: What's New

Village business owners, managers, and staff, as well as local Village residents, are encouraged to start the year at Village Voices on Tuesday, January 7th to get the latest city news and learn about the 2020 events planned for the Village. This is a great time to network over complimentary coffee and donuts and meet your fellow business owners and residents who make the Village thrive.

Come hear from the City of Carlsbad, SANDAG, and NCTD representatives regarding the future options for the railroad tracks and how it will impact the Village both economically and otherwise. This is a great opportunity to talk to professionals who can answer your questions and provide information going forward.

Also, at this meeting, you will be introduced to the Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) Membership Program and how you can be involved to help support the CVA mission and help improve downtown Carlsbad to the benefit of both businesses and residents.

And, be one of the first to get a calendar list of 2020 Village events! With 52 Farmers' Markets, nine free community events, Taste of Carlsbad Village, and more, you will want to have the dates well in advance!

Village Voices is held the first Tuesday of every month (dark in July and December) and is a fast one-hour meeting to keep you informed and up to speed on Village events, City issues, and opportunities to help improve your business the Village.

Village Voices is hosted at the New Village Arts Theatre. For more information, visit https://www.carlsbad-village.com/events/village-voices-meetings.
